BESAN LADOO

Ingredients

1 cup - Besan / Gram flour
4 tsp - Pure ghee
3/4 cup - sugar powder
2 - Elachi pods / Cardamom
1 tsp - Cashews crushed



Method
  • Heat the ghee in a small wok
  • Add besan fry it on low flame till ghee mix well
  • Remove from the hob. Cool it
  • Add sugar powder, crushed cashews and cardamom mix well
  • Shape into ladoos
