Banana Icecream

Banana Honey Icecream

You will need

4 medium, well ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon honey


Freeze the cut bananas, uncovered until solid, about 4 hours.

Then, tip the bananas into a mixer with fresh cream and whiz until smooth.

Transfer the banana mixture into another container, mix with honey and keep aside in freezer for 4 hours or until set. Sprinkle chocolate chips or chopped dry fruits and serve.
