Ingredients
1 cup - Besan / Gram flour
4 tsp - Pure ghee
3/4 cup - sugar powder
2 - Elachi pods / Cardamom
1 tsp - Cashews crushed
Method
- Heat the ghee in a small wok
- Add besan fry it on low flame till ghee mix well
- Remove from the hob. Cool it
- Add sugar powder, crushed cashews and cardamom mix well
- Shape into ladoos
